As a registered Plan Management provider, we’re helping NDIS participants throughout Brisbane and Queensland with the financial administration of their NDIS plans.
How you choose to manage your plan is an important decision and everyone’s circumstances are different. So what do you need to know about Plan Management?
When it comes to managing your budget, payments and expenses, the NDIA have certain rules and regulations that must be followed. Managing this yourself can be time-consuming and stressful for some.
A Plan Manager will help to take away some of this stress and leave you with more time to do things that you enjoy.
In order to decide whether Plan Management is the right choice for you it’s important to know your options.
What are my options?
Agency Managed – where the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) provide financial management. If you are Agency Managed, you only have access to NDIS registered service providers.
Self-Managed – you are responsible for the financial management of your plan including paying your providers, tracking your spend and managing your invoices. You can choose from both NDIS registered service providers and non-registered service providers.
Plan Managed – you will get help to manage your plan funding, track you budget and your provider invoices will be paid for you. There is not out-of-pocket cost to you and you can select from both NDIS registered service providers and non-registered service providers to provide your supports.
A combination of the above.
